Wee Community Developers Inc. or “WeeComm” is a Philippine Real Estate Development Company Founded in 2008.

It is a company composed of young and idealistic developers who still believe that development should not be profit but by client satisfaction. During the first five (5) years of its operation, Wee Comm has launched a total of three (3) projects in San Juan City, Namely; the First Baron Residences, The Baron’s Place, and Baron 3 Gardens. To date, all three (3) projects are already completed and turned over. As an Addition to the San Juan profile, a fourth (4th) project is currently being planned and scheduled for launching.

Wee Community Developers Inc. is also the premier developer of commercial projects such as W Tower, W High Street, and W 5th Avenue in BGC and more.
